I read the article and am suspicious as to why these workers were not drug tested before hiring by the contractors as is usual. Just wondering if the reports of workers getting sick has BP worried financially. Workers on drugs or alcohol will have suppressed immune systems and the place is toxic after all. And I remember BP not allowing face masks and protective clothing. Is BP getting worrried about earlier bad decisions and possible legal action coming back to haunt them? In any case drug testing is usual but retro on a large scale seems clean-up.

I orignally came to this site looking for stuff about plant gardening. This really wasn't what I was looking for, it did manage to help answer some of my somewhat unrelated questions that I wasn't answer some time back. I'm in awe by your stance. :D

Fascinating, I had been looking for details about solarwinds and came across your web page. Nonetheless I am glad I did. Interesting the way we find new places on the internet.

Eco friendly vehicles are definitely going to replace the vehicles we see on the road today. As more and more companies engage in responsible manufacturing with the environment in mind the time will not be long when we will greatly reduce the pollution coming from our roads. These cars may be expensive now but the price will come down as new techniques of manufacturing are discovered and their demand increases which will lead to mass production and thereby reduced costs. I am looking forward to the day when we will see these types of cars as the norm and not the exception. We have to save our planet from destruction and one way is by producing electric cars.

Mangroves forest play a very vital role in the sea ecosystem. And this sea ecosystem is very critical for food production.

The destruction of mangroves would mean dwindling supply of fish and other marine-based food sources.

Here in my country Philippines, we also saw people not taking good care of this important resource.

It is quite sad that we are neglecting the very things giving us life and sustainability!

Humanity is shooting its own foot and crying the pain out of it -- yet still wondering what happened.

Informative post. I never actually realized that the present modern world was founded on coal.

In reality, it is all about power and its control. the nation that has enough resources for power eventually wins the game for development and economic supremacy.
